Admission Process

Primary section:

Parents should produce the original date of birth certificate of the student at the time of admission.

Age required:

  • 3 years+ for play group
  • 4 years+ for Lower infant
  • 5 years – for Upper infant
  • 6 years – for class I

Admission to higher classes are made on submission of Transfer Certificate & Progress Report from the previous school and on being successful at an ability test & interview. The ability test is held in English and Arithmetic

Secondary section:

Admission is made on submission of Transfer Certificate and Progress Report from the previous school and on being successful at an admission test followed by interview conducted by our school.

Fees Payment:
  • Tuition fee is charged for twelve months. Term fee along with tuition fee must be paid in the January, May and September.
  • Fees may be deposited by the students from 1st to 15th of every month without fine by cheque in the drop box provided in the school premises. If the last day happens to be a holiday, fees may be paid on the previous working day without late fee. Fee shall be paid by Cheque or by pay order only in favour of A.A.B.T. Unit-Andhra Association School (Primary/Secondary/H.S).
  • Late Fee Rs. 200/- (Primary/Secondary/ Higher Secondary) will be charged after 15th to 25th of every month and the same along with fee shall be deposited in the school office by cheque or by pay order only in favour of A.A.B.T. Unit-Andhra Association School (Primary/Secondary/H.S).
  • If the student does not pay for 2 consecutive months, he/she must pay the fees for the defaulting months and current month.
  • Readmission fee of Rs. 1200/- (Play Group, LKG &UKG ) Rs. 1350/- (1 to IV) Rs. 1500/- for (V – X) Rs. 1700/– (classes XI & XII). along with the fees for the defaulting months and current month.
  • Fee for the months of November & December combined together must be paid by 15th of November without fail.
  • An administrative charge of Rs. 250/- along with fine will be charged if the cheque bounces.
  • A pay order only will be accepted in place of a bounced cheque.
  • A duplicate fee book can supplied on payment of Rs. 20/-
  • Students appearing for Madhyamik Pariksha will have to pay fees till the month of February for the year in which they will be appearing for Madhyamik Pariksha.
  • Class XII students appearing for Higher Secondary Examination will have to clear all fees due till May by the month of February of that particular year.

Withdrawal

One month’s notice is to be given for withdrawing a student from the school (or a month’s school fee has to be paid in lieu of notice ). Full year’s fee to be paid for withdrawing a student in the middle of the session.

Participating in the co-curricular activities of the school is compulsory. Exemption may be granted by the Principal / Head Mistress only in Special Cases on the written request of parents.
